Las Vegas Sands - Rumblings in Finance/Admin?

Been seeing some unusual activity in the finance and administrative departments here at LVS. People who have been here for years suddenly being put on performance improvement plans, or 'voluntary' early retirement packages being offered that feel anything but voluntary. Meetings about 'organizational restructuring' that are super vague and leave everyone feeling more anxious than informed. It feels like they're trying to quietly trim the fat, and it's making a lot of long-term employees nervous. Anyone else in back-office roles seeing this kind of thing? Is it just a targeted cleanup, or is there a broader plan in motion? Trying to understand the scope of what's happening before things get too serious. Would appreciate any intel from those in similar situations or departments.
