Hi all, I've been at LVS for a while now and noticed some pretty significant operational shifts happening over the past quarter. More focus on streamlining processes, integrating technology in areas that were previously more labor-intensive, and consolidating some responsibilities. While I understand the need for efficiency, it's making me a bit uneasy about job security, especially in certain departments. Management's been tight-lipped, just talking about 'optimizing performance.' Is anyone else seeing this? Are these changes leading to fewer positions or just different ones? Trying to get a sense of whether this is a strategic move that's good for the long run, or if it's a sign of impending reductions. Any intel would be great.
