LVS - Anyone else notice hiring freeze?

Hey all, has anyone else in LVS operations or even corporate seen a noticeable slowdown in hiring or a general freeze on filling open positions? Been seeing a lot of roles that were open for months just sit there, and a few internal discussions about not backfilling certain departures. It's not a huge wave of pink slips or anything confirmed, but the vibe feels... tight. Makes me a little nervous, wondering if it's just a conservative Q4/Q1 budgeting thing or something more concerning for the company's outlook. Anyone got any intel from their departments or heard anything through the grapevine? Curious if this is widespread or just specific pockets.

Yeah, I've definitely picked up on that too. The postings for my department have been sitting for ages, and it feels like there's a real reluctance to bring new people on board, even for critical roles. I've been trying to get a few temp positions approved and it's been like pulling teeth. My gut feeling is it's more than just budget cycles; seems like a shift in strategy or maybe anticipating some tougher headwinds. Hoping it's just a temporary lull, but it's definitely creating some uncertainty.
