LVS - Company Culture and Morale After Recent Changes?

Hey everyone, been with LVS for a few years now and lately, the vibe just feels... different. Not necessarily layoffs, but there's a definite sense of unease. Heard some whispers about restructuring, but nothing concrete. Anyone else picked up on this? Is it just me, or has the general morale taken a hit? Seems like everyone's a bit more guarded, less collaborative. Wondering if it's just the usual ups and downs of the hospitality industry or if there's something bigger brewing behind the scenes. Trying to stay positive and focused on my work, but it's hard when there's this underlying current of uncertainty. Any insights from those in different departments or who have been around longer?

I've been noticing it too. It feels like a lot of uncertainty lately, and that definitely trickles down to day-to-day interactions. People seem hesitant to speak up or take initiative, which isn't the LVS I remember. There's a feeling that things are in flux, and while I understand that can happen in big companies, the lack of clear communication about it just amplifies the anxiety. Hoping for some transparency soon.

From my perspective, it's been a mixed bag. Some departments seem to be carrying on business as usual, while others are definitely feeling the pressure. I haven't experienced anything drastic myself, but you can sense the underlying tension. It's easy to get caught up in speculation, but it would be good to hear more from management about the direction we're heading and how these changes are intended to benefit everyone in the long run. Hopefully, things settle down.
