LVS - Looking for Signs of Trouble at the Venetian/Palazzo?

Hey everyone, Been working at the Venetian/Palazzo properties for a few years now, and lately, the vibe feels... off. No official word from corporate on anything, but I'm noticing a few things that are making me a bit uneasy. More 'efficiency' meetings than usual, some departments seem to be understaffed, and there's a general quietness about the future that wasn't there before. Anyone else seeing this or hearing any whispers on the ground? It's tough to gauge anything when things are so opaque. Trying to stay positive and focused on my work, but it's hard not to get a little anxious when the background noise is starting to sound like a potential storm. Just looking to see if anyone else is picking up on similar signals or has any insights into what might be going on behind the scenes. Sharing is caring, especially when it comes to job security. Thanks for any input.

I've been keeping an eye on LVS myself, and it's interesting to hear your perspective from within. The current economic climate can certainly create uncertainty, and even large companies might be tightening things up behind the scenes. The lack of official communication you're describing is definitely a common precursor to restructuring or changes in strategy. Hopefully, it's just standard business practice during uncertain times, but I understand why you'd be concerned given your firsthand experience. Keep us posted if you hear anything more concrete.
