LVS - Management changes and whispers

Been with LVS for a few years now and lately, there's been a lot of shuffling in middle management, especially in the property operations side. Seems like a few senior roles have been eliminated or consolidated, and new people are coming in with a different strategic focus. Nothing official announced about layoffs, but the atmosphere is definitely a bit tense. You can feel the uncertainty. People are talking, of course, trying to figure out what it means. Is this restructuring part of a larger plan, or is it a precursor to something bigger? Anyone else experiencing similar shifts or hearing rumors about potential redundancies down the line? Trying to get a clearer picture before things get too quiet.
