Seriously, another 300+ people gone on July 13th. This is getting concerning. It's not just one isolated incident anymore; it feels like a pattern is emerging. After the previous rounds, we all hoped things would stabilize, but clearly not. What's the long-term outlook here? Are these layoffs a sign of underlying financial trouble, or is Leidos restructuring in a significant way? I've been with the company for a while, and this level of instability is new and frankly, unsettling. It makes you question the future, not just for the company but for our own careers. Anyone else feeling this way? Are people starting to look elsewhere, or are we all just holding on and hoping for the best?

This is definitely concerning. I've been hearing whispers about potential shifts in some major contracts and a general belt-tightening across the board. It's hard to say if it's purely financial or a strategic pivot, but the impact on morale is undeniable.
