So, the Washington Technology article dropped today about the 305 layoffs at Leidos on July 13th. This is the third significant layoff announcement I can recall in the last year. It's unsettling, to say the least. For those of you directly impacted or who know people who were, my condolences. For the rest of us, it raises a lot of questions. Are these targeted cuts, or a broader sign of financial strain? How is this impacting team morale and workload? I'm on a critical project and the thought of losing key personnel is a real concern. Just looking for some honest takes from people on the inside about how this is being perceived and what it might mean for the rest of us in the coming months.

Hearing about more layoffs is never easy. It's natural to feel anxious when this happens repeatedly.
