Just saw the news about the 305 layoffs at Leidos on July 13th. This is the second significant round this year, and honestly, I'm pretty blindsided. I'm in one of the affected divisions and the communication has been... well, let's just say minimal. No one saw this coming. Are these project-specific, or is there a broader strategy shift happening? Trying to get a handle on what this means for the rest of us. Feeling really uncertain about the future here. Any insights from folks on the inside or those who've been through this before? Trying to understand if it's performance, funding, or something else entirely.
