Leidos July 13th Round - What's the strategy here?

Just saw the news about another 305 people let go on July 13th. Honestly, it feels like we're just constantly bleeding talent lately. I'm still here, but the uncertainty is starting to get to me. Is this just a small realignment, or are they prepping for something bigger? Does anyone have insight into what divisions are being hit hardest or what the long-term plan might be? It's hard to stay motivated when you see these numbers pop up. Trying to figure out if this is a company-wide issue or concentrated in specific areas. Any intel from those who were impacted or are still in the trenches would be appreciated. Feeling pretty uneasy about the future.

Heard the same. It's definitely unnerving to see these rounds of layoffs. The lack of clear communication makes it worse. You're left wondering if your role is safe or if this is just the beginning. I've been trying to keep my head down and do good work, but the constant churn is wearing thin. Hopefully, there's a solid strategy behind it that will benefit the company in the long run, but right now it just feels like a lot of instability.
