Linde - Any whispers about restructuring or belt-tightening?

Hey everyone, Been with Linde for a few years now, and things have felt… off lately. Not necessarily alarming, but definitely a change in the air. Projects seem to be getting scrutinized more heavily, travel budgets are tighter than usual, and I've noticed a lot of open positions aren't being filled, or the process is taking way longer than before. I know the market's unpredictable, but has anyone else picked up on similar vibes? It's not a full-blown layoff rumor, but more of a general sense of caution and cost-cutting. Trying to gauge if it's just my department or a company-wide thing. Would be good to hear if others are seeing the same or have any intel. Just trying to stay informed.

I've definitely noticed the increased scrutiny on project spending and a general slowdown in hiring.
