Linde - Anyone else noticing odd project priorities shifting?

Hey everyone, Been at Linde for a few years now, and lately, things have felt... different. Not in a bad way necessarily, just noticably so. I've seen a couple of projects I was working on get put on the back burner, almost like they're being de-prioritized, only for new, seemingly smaller initiatives to pop up. It's not just me; I've overheard a few colleagues murmuring about it too. It feels like there's a strategic re-evaluation happening behind the scenes, or maybe a push to cut costs in a way that's not immediately obvious. Anyone else experiencing similar shifts in project focus or resource allocation? Curious if this is an isolated feeling or something more widespread across different departments. Trying to stay optimistic and focus on my current tasks, but this subtle change is hard to ignore. Wondering if it's leading to anything significant down the line.

I've definitely felt that shift too. It’s been a bit unsettling, to be honest. Just when you feel like you're gaining traction on a project, it gets sidelined for something that seems less critical. I’m wondering if it’s related to market changes or perhaps internal restructuring. It makes it hard to plan long-term workload when priorities seem so fluid.
