Hey all, been pretty quiet on the official channels here at Linde regarding the last quarter's performance, and frankly, it's starting to feel a bit off. Usually, there's some kind of town hall or at least an email addressing the key takeaways, but crickets. My team's workload hasn't changed dramatically, but I've noticed a few projects getting put on the back burner that seemed like priorities just a few months ago. Also, the usual internal comms about 'efficiency' and 'streamlining' feel more frequent, which always makes me a little antsy. Is anyone else picking up on this, or am I just overthinking things? Maybe it's just the normal ebb and flow, but the lack of transparency is definitely a red flag for me.
