Linde - Morale feels lower than usual, any thoughts?

Just wanted to see if it's just me or if others are feeling the dip in morale at Linde. The past few months have been weirdly quiet on the big project front, but super busy with 'optimization' tasks. Feels like a lot of people are just heads-down, doing the minimum. There's definitely a lot of unspoken anxiety floating around. People are talking quietly about past restructuring events and wondering if this is a precursor. We've had a few key people leave recently too, not necessarily laid off, but just… gone. The general sense is that the company is either consolidating or preparing for some kind of significant change, and nobody seems to know what. Any insights or similar observations from different divisions would be appreciated. Trying to stay positive but it's getting harder.

I've definitely felt the same way. It's strange to have this quiet period on major initiatives, yet still feel so swamped with day-to-day operational tweaks. The whispers about past reorganizations are hard to ignore, and seeing good people depart certainly doesn't help ease the uncertainty. It's a tough atmosphere when you're not sure what the future holds or why things have shifted so dramatically.
