Linde - Question about bonus structure changes impacting vesting?

Hi all, I'm trying to get a clearer picture of our annual bonus structure and how it might relate to vesting schedules. I saw a small internal announcement a while back about some adjustments to how bonuses are calculated and distributed, but it was pretty vague. My main concern is whether these changes indirectly affect the overall compensation package in a way that could impact stock options or RSUs vesting sooner or later than expected. I haven't seen any direct communication about changes to vesting itself, but the bonus changes feel like a potential precursor to broader compensation shifts. Has anyone dug into this or received more detailed information from HR or their manager about the implications of the recent bonus structure adjustments, especially concerning long-term incentives like stock? Trying to plan my finances and this ambiguity is making it tough. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

I'm in a similar boat. I remember seeing that announcement and it left me scratching my head too. The vagueness is definitely concerning when it comes to something as significant as equity vesting. I've been trying to connect the dots between the bonus adjustments and potential impacts on my RSUs. Hopefully, someone with more insight can shed some light on this. It would be good to have some clarity before year-end.

I haven't dug into this specifically, but typically bonus structures and vesting are separate components, though overall compensation can influence things. Are you seeing a direct link in the announcement, or is it more of a general concern about how the changes might affect your total package value over time? Sometimes, internal communications can be a bit cryptic, so it's understandable why you're seeking clarification.
