Hi all, I've got an interview lined up with Live Nation next week for a [mention general field like Marketing/Tech/Operations] role. I've been reading through some of the older posts here and the general sentiment seems a bit mixed. Given the recent industry shifts and the general buzz about tech/entertainment companies doing internal adjustments, I'm curious if anyone who's interviewed there recently (past 3-6 months) felt anything unusual during the process? Any red flags or particularly positive signs? Trying to get a feel for the current internal climate through the lens of the hiring process. Appreciate any and all honest feedback!

I interviewed a few months back for a project management role. The vibe was professional but definitely felt like they were being quite selective. The hiring manager seemed very focused on practical experience and cultural fit, asking a lot of behavioral questions. It wasn't overly tense, but you could tell they weren't just filling seats. Make sure you can articulate how your skills directly align with the demands of the live event industry – it's unique! Good luck with your interview!
