Anyone else seeing weird vibes at Live Nation recently?

Hey everyone, been at LN for a few years now and things have felt… off lately. Not hearing any specific layoff rumors, thankfully, but there's a definite undercurrent of anxiety. Budgets seem tighter, hiring freezes are apparently in effect for a lot of roles, and there's been a lot more talk about 'efficiency' and 'streamlining' in all-hands meetings. I've personally noticed a slowdown in project approvals and a general sense of 'wait and see' from management. It's not panic stations yet, but it's definitely a shift from the usual pace. Anyone else in different departments picking up on similar signals? Trying to gauge if it's just my team or a broader company trend. Hope everyone's hanging in there.

Yeah, I've picked up on that too. It's less about outright panic and more about this creeping uncertainty.
