Live Nation - Recent 'restructuring' chatter?

Hey folks, been at LN for a few years now. Haven't heard anything concrete, but there's definitely a low hum of 'reorganization' and 'efficiency drives' going around. Saw some internal docs about streamlining processes, which usually signals something is up. Wondering if anyone else in different departments are picking up on this? Seems like more than just the usual corporate speak. Trying to gauge if it's time to start polishing the resume or if this is just noise. Anyone have insights from other parts of the company?

Yeah, I've heard similar whispers in my team too. Lots of talk about optimizing roles and cross-functional collaboration, which to me sounds like a precursor to some pretty significant shifts. It's hard to tell if it's a genuine overhaul or just management trying to appear proactive. Keeping an ear to the ground but not panicking... yet.

Been with LN for a while and these kinds of 'efficiency drives' are fairly common. They usually result in some people being moved around or absorbed into other teams, but rarely mass layoffs. Focus on your current projects and if you see your specific role being directly impacted by new directives, then maybe start thinking about options. Don't let the rumor mill get you too stressed.
