Live Nation: Anyone else feeling the pinch?

Hey everyone. Just seeing if anyone else at Live Nation is feeling the pressure lately. Been hearing a lot of whispers and seeing some subtle changes, but nothing concrete has been announced. Feels like a lot of us are holding our breath. My team's workload has definitely increased, and there's been a noticeable slowdown in hiring for roles that used to be filled quickly. Wondering if this is a company-wide thing or if certain departments are being hit harder. Anyone have any intel or insights on what might be going on behind the scenes? Trying to get a read on the general sentiment. Is it just me, or is the vibe a bit... uncertain right now?

Yeah, I've definitely felt a shift recently. The pace has picked up considerably, and it feels like resources are being stretched thin. It's tough not knowing what's really going on, but the atmosphere is definitely a bit tense. More work, less support – it's a familiar recipe for burnout, unfortunately. Hopefully, we get some clarity soon.

My department's been swamped too, and it's making things difficult. Hiring freezes or slowdowns definitely create a strain. I've been wondering if it's just us or if it's impacting other areas of the company. It’s hard to maintain momentum when you feel like you're constantly understaffed and the future is uncertain. Let's hope for some good news soon.
