Live Nation: Anyone else feeling the pinch? What's the mood?

Hey everyone, just checking in. Been with LN for a few years now and things feel… off lately. Budgets seem tighter, there's been a lot of talk about 'efficiency' and 'streamlining' in town halls, which never feels like a good sign. No official word on anything, but the general vibe in the office (and on Slack, when people are brave enough to talk) is a bit anxious. Lots of sideways glances when managers have closed-door meetings. Has anyone else noticed this? Are teams being consolidated or is there just a general sense of unease? Curious to hear if others are feeling this or if it's just my department/location. Trying not to read too much into it, but it's hard to ignore the shift in atmosphere.

Yeah, I've been picking up on the same undercurrents. The 'efficiency' buzzwords are definitely making the rounds here too. It's hard to ignore the hushed conversations and the general sense of unease when leadership is cagey. Feels like we're all just waiting for the other shoe to drop, but nobody knows what it will be. Keep your ears to the ground.

Totally feel you. The 'streamlining' talk is pretty common across departments it seems. Less budget for X, more focus on Y… it all points to some kind of restructuring, I'd wager. I’ve seen a few more heads of departments popping into meetings they usually wouldn't attend. Hoping it’s just a normal business cycle thing, but it’s hard to shake the feeling that something bigger is brewing.
