Live Nation: How are teams being impacted with current market?

Just wondering if anyone has seen any noticeable shifts in their departments or teams at Live Nation recently. It's not about layoffs specifically, as there's no news, but more about how projects are being prioritized, budget changes, hiring freezes, or even just increased workloads. Feels like a lot of companies are navigating some choppy waters right now, and I'm curious how that's manifesting internally here. Has anyone had conversations with leadership that shed light on how the current market is affecting day-to-day operations or strategic direction? Trying to understand if this is a widespread feeling or just something specific to certain areas. Any honest takes are welcome.

Honestly, it feels like the usual cycle of belt-tightening whenever there's a bit of economic uncertainty. We haven't seen outright layoffs, but there's definitely a much tighter grip on discretionary spending. Travel budgets are practically non-existent, and any new initiatives need a truly ironclad business case. Hiring has slowed to a crawl, and the emphasis is definitely on making sure existing projects are lean and efficient. It's not a crisis, but it's certainly a noticeable shift towards caution and a focus on core deliverables.
