Thinking about my next move - is Live Nation stable?

I'm seeing a lot of chatter about potential restructuring and belt-tightening across the board, and while nothing concrete has been announced, it's got me thinking about my long-term prospects here at Live Nation. I've been with the company for a while and generally like my role, but the economic climate and the whispers of change are making me nervous. Is anyone else in a similar boat, actively or passively looking elsewhere? Curious to hear if others feel the same way or if I'm just overthinking things. Are there specific areas within LN that seem more or less secure? Just trying to get a pulse on the general sentiment and plan accordingly. Any insights are appreciated.

I'm feeling the same anxieties. There's definitely a different energy in the air lately, and it's hard to ignore the general economic headwinds. While I haven't started actively interviewing yet, I've definitely been updating my resume and keeping an eye on openings. It's tough when you like your job but feel that unease creeping in. It's good to know I'm not the only one considering options.

While I understand the concern given the current economic climate, I'm personally trying to remain optimistic. Live Nation has navigated challenges before, and the live music industry has a remarkable resilience. I'm focusing on doing my best in my role and contributing positively, hoping that any potential changes will be managed transparently and with employee well-being in mind. It's always wise to be prepared, but I'm not panicking just yet.
