Loews - Signs of trouble? Anyone else seeing this?

Just joined Loews a few months back and things feel... a bit uneasy. Not a single mention of layoffs or anything concrete, but there's this undercurrent. Some projects are being slowed down, a few senior folks have been 'reassigned' to different roles without much explanation. Morale seems a bit lower than I'd expect for a company like this. It's probably just corporate restructuring, right? Or maybe I'm being overly paranoid. Anyone else at Loews feeling this vibe or have any intel on what might be brewing behind the scenes? Trying to get a sense if this is just me or if others are noticing the same subtle shifts. Curious to hear what others think, especially those who have been with the company longer.

I've been with Loews for a few years now and I'm definitely picking up on some of the same things. It's subtle, but the shift is noticeable. Project timelines seem to be stretching out, and there's been a bit more churn in leadership than usual, though nothing officially announced. It's creating a bit of a nervous atmosphere, for sure. Hoping it's just a temporary phase of optimization and not something more serious.

Interesting post. I haven't been there as long, but I've heard similar whispers from colleagues. The lack of clear communication around these changes is what's unsettling. When senior people move around without much fanfare, it can lead to a lot of speculation and anxiety. It's hard to shake the feeling that something's brewing under the surface, even if it's just internal reorganizing. Keeping an eye on it.
