Loews: Anyone else notice a slowdown in new roles being posted?

Hey everyone, been keeping an eye on Loews career pages and a few other job boards for a while now. Lately, it feels like the pace of new openings has definitely slowed down compared to, say, last year. I'm not hearing any official news about layoffs or anything, and it's not like they're a company that's prone to massive, sudden cuts. Just wondering if anyone else in the Loews ecosystem (employees, contractors, even recruiters who work with them) is seeing the same thing. Is it just the natural ebb and flow of hiring, or are there other factors at play? Maybe budgets are tighter, or they're consolidating teams? I've been noticing that too. It definitely feels like a bit of a lull compared to previous periods. It's interesting, especially since they've been expanding in some areas. Maybe it's a strategic pause before a new push, or perhaps they're focusing on filling existing vacancies more thoroughly before opening up many new positions. Hard to say without inside information, but the trend is certainly observable from the outside looking in.
