Are people feeling secure in their roles? Any unusual budget discussions, project pauses, or reshuffling of priorities that might signal a shift? Honestly, from my perspective, it's been pretty stable. You hear whispers, sure, but nothing concrete that feels like a major panic. Some departments are definitely leaner than others, and you can feel that pressure. But for the most part, people are still focused on their work and seem to believe things will continue as usual. The diversified nature probably helps buffer any widespread issues.
