Restructuring whispers in OKC - what are you hearing?

Is it just me, or has the atmosphere at the corporate office felt incredibly tense lately? I’ve been hearing bits and pieces of chatter about potential 'efficiency drives' and budget tightening across departments. It feels like every time we turn around, there’s another massive expansion project announced, but the actual support staff is being stretched thinner than ever to manage the growth. I’ve noticed a few project timelines being pulled back and some vague messaging from leadership during the last all-hands. I’m starting to get that pit in my stomach that usually precedes a reduction in force. Has anyone heard anything concrete about restructuring, or are we just suffering from the typical corporate paranoia that comes with this much rapid scaling? If anyone has inside info or has noticed weird patterns with headcount freezes, please share. I’m trying to decide if it’s time to start polishing the resume or if I’m just reading too much into standard quarterly stress.

I've definitely noticed the shift in tone lately. The disconnect between the flashy expansion announcements and the daily reality for support staff is becoming impossible to ignore. Every meeting seems to revolve around doing more with less, and that 'efficiency' buzzword is usually just code for impending layoffs or frozen roles. It’s draining to see the company grow so rapidly while the people actually keeping the lights on are burnt out and left in the dark regarding their own job security. The tension is palpable in every hallway.
