Anyone else noticing a shift in how tasks are being handled?

0x7371…407fBeen with Lowe's for a few years now, and lately, things feel... different. It's subtle, but I'm seeing a lot more people doubling up on tasks, or seeing departments kinda bleed into each other way more than usual. Like, normally you'd see the paint desk person strictly on paint, but now they're helping out in hardware, or a flooring associate is suddenly zoning lumber. It's not necessarily a bad thing in terms of getting stuff done, but it makes me wonder if it's a sign of understaffing or something else brewing. Is anyone else seeing this across different stores? Maybe it's just my district, but it feels like a weird scramble to keep things afloat. Feels like we're all trying to be more efficient but also spread thinner.
