Feels like we're constantly shifting priorities and roles at my store. It's not just the usual busy season chaos; it's a fundamental change in how things are supposed to work. Departments are being combined, responsibilities are blurring, and it feels like a lot of the 'old guard' are being quietly moved out or their roles are becoming obsolete. It's making it really difficult to do my job effectively, and honestly, it's creating a lot of anxiety. Makes me wonder if this is a precursor to something bigger, like a significant workforce reduction. Anyone else experiencing this kind of operational whiplash?

Yeah, I'm feeling it too. It's not just your store. Seems like a lot of shuffling around everywhere lately. The constant change is definitely wearing on people, and it's hard to keep up when the goalposts keep moving. Hopefully, this leads to something better eventually, but right now it's pretty disruptive.

I've heard similar things from folks. The combined departments and blurred responsibilities are making it tough to know who to go to for what. It's a lot of uncertainty, and that's never good for morale or productivity. Hoping management has a clear endgame in mind with all these shifts.
