Okay, so I'm not seeing official news, but the posts about potential layoffs are getting louder. I saw that Hacker News mention. Honestly, it aligns with what I've been feeling. There's been a definite chill in the air at my location. Some projects seem to have stalled, and there's been a lot of talk about 'efficiency improvements' which never bodes well for headcount. I'm in [Department/Role - e.g., Operations, Merchandising], and we've been stretched thin for a while. If they're cutting, I'm worried about how much more we can handle. Has anyone actually *received* a notification or heard from HR directly about anything? Or is this all still just smoke signals? Trying to gauge the reality vs. the internet noise.
