Throwaway for obvious reasons. I've been hearing whispers and seeing some subtle organizational tweaks that make me a bit uneasy. The articles I've seen from ex-employees talking about struggles with new tech implementation at Lulu have me thinking that maybe the company is facing some challenges in integrating new systems effectively, and this could lead to restructuring. I'm not seeing any official announcements, but the energy in some teams is definitely different. More focus on metrics that feel disconnected from our core mission, and a general sense of 'wait and see.'
