Anyone else feeling the vibe at Lululemon lately?

Hey everyone, I've been with Lulu for a few years now, and while things are generally good, I can't shake this feeling that something's shifting. Been hearing whispers and seeing some subtle changes in how things are run, especially on the corporate side. Anyone else in engineering, marketing, or even retail management noticing anything similar? Not necessarily layoffs, but just a general tightening or re-prioritization happening? Curious if it's just my team or if it's a broader trend. Trying to gauge the temperature, you know? Just want to make sure I'm not missing any obvious signs. Appreciate any insights or similar observations.

Yeah, I've definitely noticed a shift too. It feels like there's more emphasis on hitting certain numbers and less on the organic growth and community building that made the brand so special. It's not a bad vibe, per se, but it's different. You can feel it in some of the internal communications and even in how certain initiatives are being pushed. Hoping it's just a phase and we can get back to that core feeling.

Totally agree. It's like the focus has sharpened, and while efficiency is important, sometimes it feels like we're losing a bit of that experimental spirit. The innovation engine feels a little more guarded, if that makes sense. Curious to see if this leads to more streamlined processes or just a more rigid environment. Time will tell, I guess, but it's a conversation worth having.
