Company direction feels... uncertain?

Been with Lulu for a few years now, and lately, things just feel a bit off. There's a lot of talk about 'innovation' and 'future-proofing' but it feels like a lot of smoke and mirrors. Departments are being reorganized, roles are shifting, and there's this undercurrent of 'adapt or get left behind.' I've seen some talented people get moved around, or their projects suddenly get deprioritized without much explanation. It's hard to gauge what the actual strategic priorities are beyond buzzwords. Just trying to keep my head down and do good work, but the lack of clarity is making it tough to feel truly secure. Anyone else picking up on this vibe?

I hear you. The constant reorganizations and vague strategic shifts are definitely creating a sense of unease. It's hard to stay motivated when you don't have a clear understanding of where the company is headed, or how your contributions fit into the bigger picture. Hopefully, leadership can provide more concrete direction soon.

It sounds like a classic case of 'change for the sake of change.' While innovation is important, it shouldn't come at the expense of clear communication and stability for employees. The feeling of uncertainty can really impact morale and productivity. Wishing you and your colleagues some clarity on the path forward.
