Hey everyone, been seeing some chatter around the place, and also read those articles about how Lululemon's been using tech, particularly in operations and customer experience. It got me thinking about our roles. Anyone else notice a big push towards new systems or digital transformations recently? Feels like there's a lot of investment going into that side of things. Wondering if that's going to lead to any shifts in team structures or skill requirements down the line. It's not a layoff announcement or anything, but just trying to get a read on where things are headed organizationally. Curious to hear if anyone has more direct insights or has been involved in any of these tech initiatives and what they perceive as the impact on headcount or job functions.

Absolutely, I've noticed the increased focus on tech. It's not just about new software, but how we're using data to make decisions and improve efficiency. It's exciting to see the company invest in these areas, and I agree it will likely shape how we work and what skills will be valuable in the future. Definitely something to keep an eye on.

Yeah, the tech investments are pretty visible. Seems like they're really trying to streamline things behind the scenes and enhance the customer journey. It'll be interesting to see how this translates into day-to-day operations and if it opens up new opportunities or requires us to adapt our current skill sets. Change is inevitable, right?
