Anyone else seeing weird projects getting shelved at Lumen?

Hey all, been with Lumen for a few years now, and things have been feeling...off lately. Not hearing any official layoff chatter, but it feels like the ground is shifting. We've had a couple of projects I was really excited about, and that were supposed to be critical for future growth, suddenly put on indefinite hold. Budgets are getting tightened, and there's this general sense of 'wait and see' from management. It's not just my team either. I've been casually chatting with folks in other departments, and they're reporting similar things. Less hiring, more scrutiny on expenses, and a general lack of clarity about where we're headed long-term. I know the industry is tough, and Lumen has been through a lot of changes, but this feels different. Is anyone else experiencing this? Am I just being paranoid, or is there something brewing beneath the surface? Curious to hear what others are seeing and feeling.
