Okay, so nothing official has happened, but the writing feels like it's on the wall here. I'm in a senior technical role, been here about 5 years. I've started dusting off my resume and looking around. For those who have been through this at other companies, or even here before, what's the best way to approach interviews right now? Do I mention the uncertainty at Lumen, or try to spin it positively? How do I explain potential gaps if something does happen suddenly?
