Expect maybe a week or two per year of service, plus some COBRA subsidy. Don't bank on it being amazing, but definitely have your resume polished and start networking now. Knowledge is power in these situations.
Honestly, trying to predict severance packages is like guessing the lottery numbers. It's so dependent on the company's financial health at the time, legal maneuvering, and who knows what else. Seven years is a decent run, so you'd hope for something reasonable, but 'reasonable' is subjective. Your best bet is to keep your head down, do good work, and if something happens, focus on negotiating what you can. Don't spend too much energy worrying about hypotheticals.
