Marathon Oil - Anyone had recent interviews or heard layoff rumors?

Putting out some feelers here. Haven't seen any official news, but the rumor mill has been churning pretty consistently for the last month or so regarding potential layoffs at Marathon Oil. I've been trying to stay optimistic, but the lack of clarity is starting to get to me. Has anyone been through an interview process recently? Any red flags or hints during the interviews about headcount reductions? Or has anyone heard anything more specific, even if it's just scuttlebutt from a manager or someone in HR? Trying to figure out if this is just general market anxiety or if there's something specific happening within MRO. Any information, even second or third hand, would be helpful to get a clearer picture. Thanks in advance.
