Marathon Oil: Internal transfer opportunities drying up?

Anyone else in Marathon Oil noticed that internal job postings have become super scarce lately? I've been keeping an eye out for opportunities to move to a different department, something I've seen happen relatively frequently in the past. But for the last couple of months, it feels like there's barely anything listed, and the ones that do pop up seem to disappear really fast, or they're just not being filled internally. Makes you wonder if they're holding off on internal mobility for some reason, or if it's just a sign of the times. Curious to hear if others have observed the same trend.

Yeah, I've noticed the same thing. It's definitely a change from how things used to be. Seems like the doors are a lot more shut for internal moves lately. I was hoping to shift gears myself, but the pickings are slim to none. Makes you wonder if there's a hiring freeze or a shift in strategy that's impacting internal opportunities. It's a bit discouraging when you're looking to grow within the company.
