Marathon Petroleum - Anyone else bracing for impact?

Unsure if this is the right place, but I'm starting to get a knot in my stomach about Marathon. No official word, nothing on the news, but the whispers are getting louder. Management's been cagey in town halls, lots of "strategic realignment" talk without specifics. Seeing some key people leave voluntarily, which usually happens, but the pace feels faster now. Plus, the market for refined products isn't exactly booming. Just feels like a precursor to something bigger. Trying not to panic, but also trying to be realistic. Anyone else getting this feeling? What are you all doing to prepare?
