Hey everyone, just checking in to see if anyone else at MPC is feeling the same level of unease lately. There's been a lot of whispers and rumors going around, but nothing concrete has been announced. It's making it tough to focus on the day-to-day work when you're constantly wondering what's next. Are there specific departments seeing more 'reorgs' than others? Or is it just a general feeling across the board? I've heard a few people mention potential impacts in areas like IT and some back-office functions, but again, it's all just hearsay. It's the lack of official communication that's really driving the anxiety. Would be helpful to hear from others who might have more insight, or even just to know I'm not the only one feeling this way. Trying to stay positive but it's getting harder each day.

I'm definitely feeling it too. It's hard to ignore the buzz, even if nothing is official. Seems like there's more chatter than usual, and it's impacting morale. I've noticed a bit more reshuffling in project assignments, but I haven't heard anything specific about IT or back-office functions being targeted more than others. Just trying to keep my head down and do good work, but the uncertainty is definitely a distraction.

Yeah, the 'whispers' are loud enough to be concerning. It's creating a pretty anxious atmosphere, to be honest. Makes you wonder if your role is secure or if changes are coming. I haven't gotten concrete details either, just the general sense that things might be in flux. I'm hoping for some clear communication soon to put these worries to rest, one way or another.
