Marathon Petroleum - Seeing some odd internal shifts lately...

Hey everyone, I've been with Marathon for a few years now and things have been feeling...different lately. Not hearing anything concrete about layoffs, but there's definitely a vibe. Projects seem to be getting shelved or significantly scaled back, and there's been a noticeable slowdown in even filling critical open positions. Recruiters have gone quiet for roles that were posted just a month or two ago. Has anyone else noticed this? Feels like the company is tightening its belt in ways that aren't being communicated. Just trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or if I'm just in a weird department. Curious to hear other perspectives.
