MPC - Anyone else feeling the uncertainty?

Hey everyone, longtime lurker here. Just wanted to see if anyone else at Marathon Petroleum is feeling a bit of a chill in the air lately. The market's been wild, and while I haven't heard any direct news about layoffs, there's a general sense of 'what if' that seems to be circulating. Been with the company a few years now and usually things feel pretty stable, but recently there's been a lot of talk about efficiency drives and optimizing operations. Just trying to gauge if it's just me, or if others are seeing similar signs or hearing any indirect chatter. Anyone else picking up on anything? Trying not to spiral here, but also want to be prepared if things do shift.
