Hey everyone, been with MPC for a few years now and lately, things feel... different. Not sure if it's just company-wide jitters or if something's actually brewing. Been seeing a lot of internal shuffling and some teams seem a bit leaner than usual. Anyone else in operations, corporate, or field positions noticing anything similar? Trying to gauge if this is a false alarm or if I should start updating the resume just in case. It's tough not knowing what's going on, especially when you've got responsibilities. Any insights would be appreciated, even if it's just anecdotal stuff you've heard through the grapevine. Trying to stay optimistic, but the quiet feels loud, you know?

Yeah, I've definitely noticed some shifts myself. It's hard to pinpoint exactly what's driving it, but there's a definite sense of flux across a few different departments. Some projects seem to have slowed down, while others are being fast-tracked with fewer resources than you'd expect. Just trying to stay focused on my own work and hope for clarity soon.

Interesting you bring this up. I've heard a few things here and there, mostly through informal chats. Seems like there's a focus on optimizing certain areas, which can unfortunately mean a rethinking of roles in others. It's always a bit unsettling when there's uncertainty, but hopefully, it leads to positive changes in the long run.
