Just saw the official WARN filing go through for the Lebanon site. Looks like 79 roles were cut effective October 18th. It feels like every month we’re hearing about another 'restructuring' or 'efficiency initiative.' If you were impacted by this round, I’m really sorry. The silence from leadership is deafening, as usual. Everyone I talk to in my department is nervous that we’re just waiting for our turn on the chopping block next. Does anyone know if this is the end of the cuts for this quarter, or should we be bracing for more? The corporate communications act like everything is business as usual, but the numbers don't lie.

It is honestly exhausting watching this play out over and over again. Every time we hear about an 'efficiency initiative,' we all just hold our breath and wait to see who is next. The corporate team hides behind these vague terms while actual people lose their livelihoods. At this point, I don’t think anyone believes the company when they claim they are done with cuts for the quarter. It feels like we are all just sitting ducks waiting for the next shoe to drop. My heart goes out to everyone in Lebanon who got hit by this today.
