Anyone applied to MMC recently? Interview experience?

Hi everyone, I've been interviewing with Marsh McLennan for a role in [mention department/level if comfortable, e.g., 'the consulting side' or 'an analyst position']. The process started a few weeks ago and I've had a couple of rounds of interviews, including with the hiring manager. So far, it's been pretty standard - behavioral questions, some case studies/technical questions depending on the role. However, I'm getting a slightly mixed signal. Some interviewers seemed very enthusiastic, talking a lot about growth and opportunities. Others were a bit more reserved, and the timeline for next steps feels a little ambiguous. This is making me a bit nervous, especially given the current economic climate and general chatter about potential hiring freezes or layoffs across the industry. Has anyone else been through the interview process with MMC recently? What was your experience like? Any tips on how to read the room or what to expect next? Trying to figure out if the pace is normal or if it might indicate something about the role or the company's current hiring stance.
