Anyone else feeling the weird vibes at MMC lately?

Hey all, been with MMC for a few years now and things have felt... off. Not seeing any official layoff announcements, and my direct team is stable, but there's a general sense of unease. Projects are being stretched thin, some senior folks are quietly exiting, and there's a lot more 'efficiency' talk in leadership meetings than usual. Is it just me, or are others noticing this? Wondering if there's some strategic restructuring happening behind the scenes or if it's just the general economic climate impacting the insurance/consulting space. Curious to hear if anyone has heard any whispers or has any insights into what might be going on. Trying to gauge if I should start updating the resume preemptively. Definitely not just you. I've been hearing similar whispers across different departments. I can relate to that feeling. While my immediate role hasn't changed, the overall atmosphere is definitely different. More emphasis on doing more with less, and a general sense that things are being re-evaluated. It's hard to pinpoint exactly what's going on, but the quiet exits and the constant talk of optimization are certainly noticeable.
