Interview process at MMC - Anyone else finding it drawn out?

Just wanted to see if anyone else has been going through the interview gauntlet at Marsh McLennan recently and has found it to be... a marathon? I started the process for a role about six weeks ago, and it feels like every step takes forever. Initial screens, then multiple rounds with different managers, and now I'm waiting for what's supposed to be the final executive interview. Each stage has been informative, don't get me wrong, and the people I've spoken to are generally professional. But the gaps between hearing back after each round are getting longer and longer. I've followed up a couple of times, and the responses are always polite but vague – 'still evaluating candidates,' 'waiting for final approvals,' etc. Is this typical for MMC, or is it possible that the hiring process is being slowed down due to internal factors? I'm trying to stay optimistic, but the extended timeline is making it hard not to get a little antsy, especially when you're trying to plan your career. Curious to hear about other people's recent interview experiences with them. Thanks!
