Marsh McLennan - Impact on bonus/performance review season?

With the current market buzz and some of the subtle signs we've been discussing (like tighter budgets, slower hiring if that's even happening), I'm starting to get a little anxious about the upcoming bonus and performance review cycle. Has anyone heard anything, even vague rumors, about how the company's financial performance might impact our compensation this year? I know it's usually tied to company and individual performance, but when the overall economic outlook is uncertain, it always makes me wonder. Trying to keep expectations in check, but also want to be realistic. Any insights or educated guesses from others who have been through cycles like this at MMC would be helpful. Just trying to prepare myself mentally.
