I've been feeling that too. It's subtle, but noticeable. Seems like they're trying to streamline operations, maybe consolidate some functions to improve efficiency. Could be a positive move long-term if it leads to better integration across the different businesses under the MMC umbrella. Just hoping the transition is managed smoothly and doesn't disrupt day-to-day work too much for everyone.
