MMC - Thoughts on recent hiring freezes?

Hey everyone, has anyone else noticed a significant slowdown in hiring at Marsh McLennan lately? I've applied to a few roles over the past couple of months and usually, I'd at least get a response or an update, but it's been radio silence. Even some of the recruiters I've spoken with in the past seem a bit more cagey when I ask about timelines or team growth. It's not just my experience, either. I've heard through some informal chats with people in other departments that budgets are being scrutinized more closely and some planned initiatives have been put on hold. It feels like there's a general sense of caution permeating the company right now, even though there's no official word from leadership about anything major happening. Is this just a seasonal thing, or are others picking up on a more systemic shift? Trying to gauge if this is a company-wide trend or if I'm just in a particularly slow-moving area. Any insights would be appreciated.
